Q. What is the dollar value needed to qualify?
A. To qualify for free shipping, the order (eligible products only) must have a total value of $200. No promo code is required.
Q. How will you ship my order under this program?
A. Your order will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or another carrier of our choice. FedEx is the preferred carrier for this program.
Q. What service level do you use?
A. For free shipping, your order will ship by ground service.
Q. What geographical areas are eligible for the Free Shipping Program?
A. The Free Shipping Program is available in the contiguous 48 states only. AK, HI, PR and U.S. territories are not eligible.
Q. Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
A. Yes, size permitting. If size requirements are met, your orders will be shipped via USPS. Accuform cannot provide tracking or shipment delivery confirmations.
Details & Exceptions FREE ground shipping is on orders over $200, subject to these terms. $200 order minimum is calculated exclusive of tax. Not all items qualify for free freight. See catalog or website product listings for any exclusions from the program. This offer is not valid on products that cannot be shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS. Items requiring motor freight (LTL/truck) delivery with size, DOT, special handling, or weight shipping restrictions do not qualify for free shipping – regardless of order value. These and other excluded items are noted with a (BOX) icon and/or (TRUCK) symbol.

Q. Can I upgrade my shipping, and pay the difference?
A. No. To streamline this process and to expedite your order, this is not permitted. If expedited service, beyond ground, is required, all shipping costs will be billed accordingly.
Q. What products are eligible for the Free Shipping Program?
A. Over 90% of our products are eligible! Products that qualify for the Free Shipping Program are notated throughout the site with the orange "Ships Free" icon. Items that do not qualify for the Free Shipping Program are notated throughout the site and catalog with a brown box icon with an exclamation point.
Q. What if my order contains both qualifying and non-qualifying items?
A. Your order will be split into two separate orders internally, one with free shipping and one without. The rule is that the shipment must equal $200 Customer LIST.
Q. Do LTL (Truck) shipments qualify?
A. This offer is not valid on products that cannot be shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS. Items requiring motor freight (LTL/truck) delivery with size, DOT, special handling, or weight shipping restrictions do not qualify for free shipping – regardless of order value.
Q. What do the (Box) icons mean?
A. These icons identify which products are and are not eligible for the Accuform Free Shipping program. The orange icon with "Ships Free" on its identifies items that qualify. The brown icon with the exclamation point identifies items which do not qualify for the Free Shipping Program due to size, special handling, or other packaging requirements. Any shipping costs on orders with these products will be billed accordingly.
Q. What if I request that you “ship and back-order” items on my order?
A. Split shipments will not occur by default, however if this request is made your initial order will ship free – additional items requiring a second shipment will have shipping charges added to the invoice.
